Shinewater

Residents who sit on the Neighbourhood Panel represent the area in which they live, and bring the concerns and issues of their local neighbourhood to the Panel meetings. If you feel you could represent your local area and would like to be considered as a resident panel member, please send us your details.; You may also use this contact point to request more information.

Outside agencies are invited to attend Panel Meetings where appropriate on an ad hoc basis, to address specific issues raised by the Panel.

Shinewater Neighbourhood Panel Members

Membership of the Shinewater Neighbourhood Panel is made up primarily of residents from the local community.  We also have members from the Sports Centre, Beat Youth Club, Children's Centre, our community reporter from the Herald, and other key partners who can support to estate in making improvements.

Police attend every one of our meetings and, if required, representatives from Eastbourne Borough Council also come along.  In recent months the newly formed "Friends of Shinewater Park" has also sent representatives along to support each others goals.

We are always keen to see new people and if you would like to get involved in your Neighbourhood Panel please get in touch.
