What you said: Street drinking in the lcoal Parks is a problems

Issue raised on 10 Jul 2010

What we did : We receive a lot of information from local businesses and members of the public that Street Drinking is an issue in Hatfield Park. Due to the escalation of the issue due to the summer weather we have started a street drinking partnership group to look for a long term result in this issue the council and local groups ie Action for change have been looking at other areas and how they have successfully resolved this issue. We will now be having days of actions against this, challenging anyone drinking in public places and confiscating any alcohol that we believe will lead to anti social behaviour. What happened: If you witness groups of drinkers in the area who you believe will cause anti social behaviour please call up on 0845 60 70 999 and report the matter.
